Privacy note
We keep as little as we can and fold nothing away that you did not hand us. This page explains what ORIGRID collects when you book a station or drop us a line, and what happens to it after.
What we collect
When you fill in the booking form we take your name, email, chosen date, room and length of session. That is the whole sheet. We do not ask for payment details on this site — you settle time credit at the front desk when you arrive. If you email the club directly, we keep that message so we can reply and sort your booking.
Why we keep it
We use your details to hold your seat, to reach you if a session needs moving, and to keep a plain record of who booked which room. Nothing more. We do not build profiles, we do not score you, and we do not fold your information into advertising.
Who sees it
Only the people running the club read your booking. We do not sell, rent or pass your details to anyone for their own use. A hosting provider stores the site on our behalf and may process data as part of keeping it online; they act on our instructions and nothing else. Where the law requires it, we may share information with authorities, but that is the only outside door.
How long we hold it
Booking records are kept while they are useful for running the club and then cleared. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or fold it away entirely — just tell a member of the front desk or reply to your booking email and we will sort it.
Cookies
This site uses a tiny amount of local storage, not tracking cookies. When you answer the cookie banner we save your choice under one key in your own browser so the banner does not reappear on every visit. That value never leaves your device and tells us nothing about you. We run no third-party analytics, pixels or advertising trackers. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved choice and the banner returns.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page. Since the club has no fixed address or registered company on this site, the plain contact route is the front desk or your booking email.
