Terms & house rules
A few plain creases to keep the venue running true. By booking a station or dropping in, you agree to fold along these lines with us. Nothing tricky — just the sort of tidy edges that keep a paper club standing.
Booking a station
Reserve a seat through the booking form and we hold that corner for you: your name, date, room and length of session. A booking is a request to keep time for you, not a payment — you settle your time credit at the front desk when you arrive. Turn up within fifteen minutes of your slot or we may unfold the seat for someone waiting. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can and we will move or clear the booking without fuss.
Opening hours & access
The venue keeps the hours posted at the door and on the club schedule pinned by the entrance. We may fold in different hours for holidays, quiet weeks or maintenance. Entry is at the discretion of the front desk, and anyone visibly unwell or unfit to use the kit safely may be asked to come back another day.
Using the kit
Treat every station, chair and peripheral as if you folded it yourself. Please do not install software, change system settings, or open the machines. Bringing your own headset, mouse or switches is welcome — just check with the desk before plugging anything in. Tell us straight away if something breaks or misbehaves; we would far rather mend a crease early than find a tear later.
Behaviour in the venue
Keep it calm and considerate. No shouting matches, no blocking rows, no crowding another guest's seat. Food and drink belong in the lounge, away from the boards and paper figures. We ask everyone to respect the front desk and fellow visitors; anyone spoiling the room for others may be asked to leave, with time credit sorted fairly at the desk.
Your things
Look after your own bags and belongings — we cannot keep a claim on anything you leave behind. The paper figures on the shelf are the club's little gallery; you are welcome to admire them, but please leave them folded where they sit unless a staff member hands one to you.
Changes
We may reprint these rules if how the venue works changes. The current sheet is always the one on this page. Since the club lists no fixed address or registered company here, the plain contact route is the front desk or your booking email.
